THE VILLA IN PIGMENOS

The villa is to be found just beyond the mouth of Lipsi bay, with a breathtaking view of the group of islets and the sunset, behind the island of Patmos. The promontory on which it stands, ends in beaches on either side; one pebble, the other white sand, is a paradise in miniature. The villa, which stands on the highest part of the land, has an area of 75 square meters and consists of: living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom, plus a large outdoor patio with wooden pergola, seating and brick BBQ. The “Villa Pigmenos” has air conditioning, solar panels for hot water and a kitchen with all necessary equipment including a microwave. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and bidet on a stone floor.The bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and fitted wardrobe, while in the living room with a corner fireplace, there is a double sofa bed, a sofa to complete the conversation area and a table with 6 chairs. Outside, the veranda with wooden beams and fabric sunshade is furnished with a table, 6 wooden chairs and a brick BBQ. The interior floors are in Tuscan terracotta, while the external ones are made of local stone.
